Programmes

7 pre-programmed, 2 heart rate controlled (weight loss and cardio) and 3 custom workouts. Also features a fitness test function to track your progress from one workout to the next. Programmes include manual, speed interval walker, speed interval jogger, speed interval trainer, speed hill repeats, hill repeat and fat burn, rolling hills and mountain.
