Many of Proform's treadmills are also iFIT compatible which means you can connect your fitness machine to your CD player, VCR or computer to let an iFIT CD, video or internet program automatically control the speed and incline of your treadmill. This helps to provide you with motivating and effective workouts specially designed by certified personal trainers.
