The Proform 12.5QM Treadmill offers plenty of features for a great workout experience. It comes with six workout programmes, iFIT compatibility offering the choice of even more interactive training, an AccuRate™ chest pulse monitor so you can maintain your target heart rate and one touch speed control so you don't have to interrupt your workout. You can monitor your progress with the Competitor™ control panel which has a 1/4 mile track and displays all the vital workout data from speed to calories burned.
