The Life Fitness T3i treadmill is the Life Fitness interactive benchmark model. It features a powerful motor, a full 15% maximum incline and a large running surface with the same spacious width as the popular Life Fitness health club models. The treadmill comes complete with a wireless chest strap heart rate monitor for use with the interactive Zone Training™ programmes for a safe and effective workout.

Control panel

Activity Zone™ console with large, raised buttons for easy speed and incline changes and stop control. Also features the one touch GoSystem™ Quick Start to begin your walk, jog or run at the touch of a button. The Workout Profile™ 7x15 LED display and the 16-character LED message centre shows workout progress, including time, speed, distance, incline, heart rate, calories, calories per hour, pace and time in heart rate zone.

Programmes

12 programmes, including Zone Training™ interactive workouts (heart rate controlled). You can conveniently change programmes without restarting or losing your workout information.
With My Workouts™ you can store and rename up to four of your favourite pre-programmed workouts and replay them at any time. You can even store your results for each programme to keep track of your progress.
Programmes included are hill, random, manual, cardio, fat burn, Sport Training™ Workouts, EZ Incline™ Workout, Heart Rate Hill™ Workout, Heart Rate Interval™ Workout and Extreme Heart Rate™ Workout.
The treadmill also features a cool down mode that, based on your specific workout, ensures that your heart rate returns to normal.
