Kettler Kadett Rowing Machine

The Kettler Kadett Rowing Machine has a special outrigger design for a circular movement, which simulates very closely the actual process of rowing on water. The resistance can be set accurately by means of the hydraulic cylinders whilst the foot plates, which are adjustable to individual leg length, guarantee the best possible exercising position. At the end of the workout the outriggers can be folded inwards easily to save on space for storage.

Control panel

Training computer with automatic display change (can be switched off) shows time, strokes, stroke frequency (with acoustic signal which can be switched off), energy consumption, room temperature, total distance (km), pulse rate and optimum exercising pulse range. Also features a recovery pulse measurement function with fitness ratings from 1 to 6.
