Typical Health Resort Packages
These are only typical packages, compiled from the facilities included in most Health Break Packages featured on this site. It should give you a taster of what to expect, but you will need to check with the individual Health Resort for the exact features to avoid disappointment.
Residential Packages (not available at Day Spas)
- Complimentary drink on arrival or special gift box in your room.
- Choose from a range of accommodation at most resorts, from Standard Rooms to Premier suites. The more luxury accommodation is usually equipped with Television and DVD/CD players. They may also have their own personal Spa Bath, Balcony or King Size bed.
- Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch per night of your stay are usually included.
- Room service available, with the opportunity to have dinner, breakfast and lunch in your own room.
- Light refreshments available during your stay.
- Personal consultations with therapists and health trainers throughout your stay.
- One or two complimentary treatments per night of your stay.
- A wide range of other treatments available to add on to your Spa Package (book in advance).
- Daily programme of exercise and relaxation classes available.
- Evening lectures and classes sometimes on offer.
- Full use of all facilities, usually including swimming pool (ocassionally an indoor and outdoor pool), sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, whirlpool, gymnasium and relaxation lounge.
- Full use of all outdoor facilities, usually including mini golf course, tennis courts, croquet lawns and hire of bikes to enjoy the surrounding area.
- Health Spas and Spa Hotels may have a Bar or Cocktail Lounge for you to enjoy.
- Complimentary use of towelling robes and slippers.
Day Packages (available at most Health Farms/Spas and Spa Hotels as well as at Day Spas)
- Lunch and light snacks are included during the day.
- Personal consultation with therapists and health trainers on arrival.
- Programme of exercise and relaxation classes available to choose from.
- Full use of all facilities, usually including swimming pool (ocassionally an indoor and outdoor pool), sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, whirlpool, gymnasium and relaxation lounge.
- Full of use of outdoor facilities, usually including mini golf course, tennis courts, croquet lawns and hire of bikes to enjoy the surrounding area.
- Individual treatments can be added to a standard Day Spa Package for an extra cost (book in advance).
- Complimentary use or hire of towelling robes and slippers.
