Health Spas

Generally, Health Spas are the same as Health Farms, but usually have a bar! They tend to offer a menu so there's a wider choice of dining options, suitable for everyone's tastes. Health Spas have similar facilities to a normal hotel, but most of them focus on health, beauty and fitness in a similar way to a Health Farm. Therefore, the dress code is usually white bath robes! Health Spas offer a large range of treatments for the face, body and mind. (Age restriction may vary - usually 16 years old minimum, but you need to check with the individual resorts.)
