It offers an 8-user register, a wide selection of workout modes and will guide you to customised stamina and weight loss control programmes. It also features the widely used WHO three-step fitness test and comes complete with T-ware™ software to add even more variety to your training.

The motivating Alpha 300 has a unique graphic interface which clearly displays time, distance, speed, energy consumption, heart rate and effort. It also features a real time clock, 7 different language options, a help/tutorial function and an 8-user register for storing personal and training data.
