It features a self-powered system generator which provides dependable, quiet workouts with 20 different resistance levels. It is ergonomically designed for comfort and convenience and comes complete with contact hand sensors, telemetry chest strap for hands free workouts and five standard and five interactive workout programmes. It also offers four memory slots for storing your own custom workouts.

Easy to use console with message centre and a 10 x 14 LED workout profile display shows workout progress, including time, speed, distance, calories, calories per hour, level, cool down, heart rate, heart rate % and time in zone.

Programmes

5 standard and 5 heart rate controlled workout programmes with on-the-fly programming which allows you to switch from one workout to another without interrupting resistance level and programming, or losing workout data.

The standard programmes included are hill, random, manual, gradual hill and outdoor training and the heart rate workouts include fat burner, cardio, cardio hill, cardio endurance and cardio interval. Also features a cool down mode and 4 memory slots for storing custom workouts.
