The Life Fitness C7i Lifecycle Exercise Bike is everything you need in an upright bike. It comes complete with a Polar® telemetry chest strap and a wide variety of motivating workouts, including heart rate controlled Zone Training™ workouts and a Sport Training™ workout which simulates biking outdoors. It also features 20 resistance levels and a belt-drive system which is much more durable than chain-drive systems. Plus, you can place it anywhere in your home without worrying about cords or outlets since it's self-powered.
